10 things I Like about you

This challenge is to stretch your mind in remembering all the positive things you love about your partner.

If your in a new relationship then this is a good way to start manifesting positivity into your new relationship. It’s always good to express how you truly feel, what you like, and what you enjoy about your lover. You may be the first person who has ever told them “10 things I like about you”! You never know. Maybe no one has told them anything remotely positive their entire life and you can change the dynamic in this very challenge. 

|| I Challenge You || 

  • Meditate on what you love about your love (new boo) 
  • Focus on what your going to write to them
  • Start with writing down the first 5. 
  • Then give yourself a few days for the next 5 things.
  • Remember presentation is everything. How you deliver it. What you say. How you say it. How you physically present it. (The way you send it) : make sure you make it a SPECIAL moment.

The goal of this challenge is to push you outside the box and create different ways to express and share moments in time.
