 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Due to the ongoing issues with COVID-19 the wellbeing of our customers is a top priority and all the necessary precautions are being put in place to ensure the safety of our customers. Orders may take 7-21 business days to process and ship.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Due to us being a small business we are willing to work with you in regards to your package. Please email app@livelovetank.com. Include Name, tracking info, & order number.
